Hi, my name is Dermot Graham. I’ve been a client of Diarmuid’s for the last five years, and I’ve known him for maybe 10 years. So, we go back a long way.
The things that I wanted Diarmuid to help me with were the options that I had for my retirement. Working in a bank, as I did for over 40 years, you tend not to think about your pension until it actually hits you. Then, all of a sudden, you know that there are options available to you that maybe you didn’t realise were there. That’s where Diarmuid really came into play, and he opened my eyes to what could be done and what I thought I had to do.
The best thing about working with Chartered Capital, I think, is the professional service that you get. They’re very professional, I have to say. And I must say I’m very impressed with the whole setup in the office, and the way that they engage with customers. There are no great surprises; he is extremely upfront with fees, charges, and performance, and there’s no hidden agenda. They’re extremely good to deal with and, above all, I trust what he says.
Would I recommend Chartered Capital? Absolutely, and I have done to several of my friends. I find Chartered Capital very trustworthy, and that’s the most important thing for me. I find Diarmuid is extremely knowledgeable. He gives good solid advice, but has also helped us with our own family financial planning with my wife, Esther, and looking at how we can maximise both our pensions going forward and consider transferring assets in due course to our family. So, this is all part and parcel of the overall package that you get from Diarmuid, which I’m looking forward to dealing with him on.
I feel very happy that I’m with Chartered Capital, and I feel that I’m in safe hands. Nobody can predict the future, but he’s a safe pair of hands as far as I’m concerned for the type of investment that I want, and he certainly guides me and gives me good advice and I’m very happy with it.
