Following our Best SME win at the County Tipperary Chamber Business Awards 2026 last week, Chartered Capital is proud to receive further recognition for our client-first approach.
We have been shortlisted in four categories at the 2026 Customer Experience Awards:
- Best Company for Client Retention
- Best Customer Experience in Financial Services
- Best Training & Development Strategy
- Customer Experience Manager of the Year for Tanya Bourke
This latest achievement continues a memorable period for our team. More importantly, it reflects the principles behind our work: building lasting client relationships, providing a personal and reassuring service, and investing in the people who deliver that experience.
Recognition for Lasting Client Relationships
Our shortlisting for Best Company for Client Retention is particularly meaningful. Financial planning is not a single transaction. It is a long-term relationship that develops as a client’s family, business, circumstances, and priorities change.
We want our clients to know we will always be available to support them. Regular communication, personal service, and careful planning allow us to understand what matters most to each individual. Ultimately, this ongoing support helps our clients make informed decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
Putting Client Experience at the Heart of Financial Planning
We are equally proud to be shortlisted for Best Customer Experience in Financial Services. At Chartered Capital, our philosophy is simple: You Come First, Always.
That commitment shapes every stage of the client journey, beginning with the first conversation and continuing through implementation and ongoing reviews. We aim to make financial planning clear and accessible by explaining information in straightforward language, organising each step carefully, and remaining highly responsive.
While technology helps us provide a more convenient service, it never replaces personal contact. Instead, it reduces unnecessary administration and gives our team more time for meaningful conversations focused on each client’s individual needs.
Investing in Our People
Our Best Training & Development Strategy shortlisting recognises another vital part of the Chartered Capital culture. We believe that investing in our people directly benefits our clients. Continued learning helps our team expand its knowledge, strengthen its skills, and identify new ways to provide a consistently high-quality service.
Every member of the Chartered Capital team has undertaken, or is currently undertaking, funded further education since joining the firm. Our commitment to learning was previously recognised with the Training and Development Award at the 2025 County Tipperary Chamber Business Awards, and this latest national shortlisting reflects our determination to build on that achievement. Professional development also creates opportunities for team members to progress, contribute ideas, and help shape the future of the business.
Celebrating Tanya’s Individual Nomination
We are especially proud that Tanya Bourke, Client Experience Administrator, has been shortlisted for Customer Experience Manager of the Year.
Tanya’s role is dedicated to providing clients with professional and personalised support throughout their financial journey. Because every call, email, and meeting contributes to the experience a client receives, her attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care are central to our service. Her warmth helps clients feel welcome and well cared for, and we are delighted to see her commitment recognised at a national level.
Our Office Will Close at 1pm Today
Please note that the Chartered Capital office will close at 1pm today, Friday, 2nd October, as Tanya and Catherine travel to the Royal Marine Hotel in Dún Laoghaire to represent us at the awards ceremony. We appreciate our clients’ understanding. Any messages received after 1pm will be addressed when the office reopens on Monday.
Final Thoughts
Being shortlisted in four national categories makes this an especially memorable week for Chartered Capital. These nominations recognise the strength of our client relationships, the experience we provide, and our continued investment in the people behind that service. Most importantly, they reflect the trust our clients place in us.
Whatever the outcome this evening, Tanya and Catherine will proudly represent the entire team!
