Following on from our win last year for the Training and Development Award, this year’s recognition feels like a natural progression, reflecting the continued development of our team, our business and the experience we provide to our clients. Our team is central to everything we do. We work hard to create a supportive, organised and positive environment where people can develop their expertise and focus on meaningful work. Technology, automation and clearly documented processes help us reduce unnecessary administration and give our team more time to deliver a high-quality service.
Professional development is also a priority. Every member of our team has undertaken, or is currently undertaking, funded further education since joining Chartered Capital. Meanwhile, our flexible working infrastructure and careful management of workloads help our people balance their professional and personal responsibilities.

We want every interaction with Chartered Capital to feel clear, personal and reassuring. From responsive communication and accessible meeting options to carefully planned client journeys, we aim to remove unnecessary friction from the financial planning process.
Client feedback plays an important role in how we improve our service. Following our 2024 client survey, for example, we responded to a preference for digital documentation by changing the way our valuation reports are delivered. The results of that survey were extremely encouraging. All respondents said they would recommend Chartered Capital. They also said they believed working with us had helped, or would help, them achieve their financial goals.
Technology supports this experience, but it never replaces personal service. Instead, tools such as digital signatures, online scheduling and structured workflows allow our team to spend more time on meaningful client conversations.
Our Offices Are Closing Early Today
To allow our full team to travel to Clonmel and attend the awards ceremony, our offices will close at 1pm today. We appreciate our clients’ understanding and will respond to any outstanding messages as soon as possible when our offices reopen.
